Fools Gold

(2024)

Sophie Bishop

Fools Gold was to reflect on being a woman and feeling like sometimes men hold me to some weird standard in their brains, when in reality I am not some prize. Just an imperfect human with dreams and goals and hates and flaws. I hate being put on a pedestal it makes me feel cheap and like I am not being seen for all that I really am.

8 x 8 inch wood shadow box
